The first floor offers two bedrooms one with a queen bed and one with twin beds along with a beautifully tiled bathroom featuring a large walk in shower. Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms and a second full bathroom. One bedroom has a full size bed, while the other spacious bedroom offers a king bed and a charming alcove with a window bench. The upstairs bathroom also includes a tub/shower combination and its own window bench. Step outside to the raised patio deck for outdoor dining, entertaining, or a relaxing morning coffee overlooking the park and tennis courts. The backyard features two magnificent black walnut trees, a gas BBQ grill, and an outdoor shower. A two car paved driveway provides convenient parking, with additional street parking available. This single family rental is pet-friendly (40 lb weight limit) with a pet fee of $175 for the first pet and $50 for each additional pet. Pillows and blankets are provided.
