All Linen orders must be placed by 4:00pm on Friday

Your linens will be promptly delivered to and collected from your rental property, ensuring a hassle-free experience. Even if you're not renting through Homestead, you can still benefit from our exceptional linen service. All online linen orders are subject to a nominal $25.00 delivery/pick-up fee. Please note that deliveries are restricted to Lower Township, Cape May, West Cape May, and Cape May Point areas. All sheet sets include amazingly soft blankets!

Cost is based on bed sizes and number of people in your party.
Sheet sets include flat and fitted sheets with pillow cases for each set. Includes amazingly soft blankets!
Sheet sets are white or color coded per bed size.
Towel sets include 2 towels and 2 washcloths per set. Please note - If purchasing a Linen Package bath towels and washcloths for 1.5 times the occupancy are provided. i.e. an occupancy of 8 will have 12 bath towels and 12 washcloths.

THE PROCESS IS SIMPLE!

Your linens will be dropped off at the exterior entrance of the rental property. At the end of your stay put the linen bags, with the used linens, in the same location the bags were placed at check-in*.

Upon arrival at your rental property please check your bag(s) of linens, please note the following:

Check the label on your linen bag(s) to verify name and sheet/towel count.
If you have a discrepancies please report it to Homestead immediately.
Any discrepancies not reported could result in a forfeit of some security funds upon check-out, or additional charge to your credit card.
Keep the bag(s) received at check-in. You will need bag(s) to return linens.

*Linens will be delivered to the exterior entrance of your property for your convenience. Upon departure, kindly place used linens back into the provided linen bags and return them to the same exterior location before your 10:00 AM check-out time. Failure to adhere to this procedure will result in a $250.00 charge. Linen order cancellations made after the confirmation number has been issued will incur a 10% cancellation fee. Additionally, linen orders are non-refundable within 7 days of the check-in date
