Linen Rental

We provide fresh, clean linens in the Cape May area. During the delivery season, Fri before Memorial Day to the Sun before Columbus Day, your linens will be dropped off and picked up from your rental property*. During the non-delivery season we offer delivery and pick up for a nominal fee of $25.00. Not renting with Homestead Real Estate - no worries - you can still order linens through Homestead! All sheet sets include amazingly soft blankets!

During the delivery season linen delivery and pick-up are included with your linen order*. During the off-season we offer linen delivery to your rental for additional $25.00. Please note we do not deliver to all of the Cape May Communities. We deliver to Cape May, West Cape May, Cape May Point and some of the offshore areas. Please check with your Rental Specialist for offshore delivery locations.

Cost is based on bed sizes and number of people in your party.
Sheet sets include flat and fitted sheets with pillow cases for each set. Includes amazingly soft blankets!
Sheet sets are white or color coded per bed size.
Towel sets include 2 towels and 2 washcloths per set. Please note - If purchasing a Linen Package bath towels and washcloths for 1.5 times the occupancy are provided. i.e. an occupancy of 8 will have 12 bath towels and 12 washcloths.

Linen orders for Sun to Sun rentals must be placed by 4:00 pm on the Friday before your arrival.

THE PROCESS IS SIMPLE!

During the Delivery Season (Fri before Memorial Day to the Sun before Columbus Day)

During the prime rental season linens will be dropped off at the exterior entrance of the rental property. At the end of your stay put the linen bags, with the used linens, in the same location the bags were placed at check-in*.

NON-DELIVERY SEASON LINEN PICK UP AT OUR OFFICE

Linen orders can be picked up anytime on your check - in day. Late pick up arrangements can be made with our staff. Please remember rental keys will not be released before 4 PM. Upon receipt of your bag(s) of linens, please note the following:

Check the label on your linen bag to verify name and sheet/towel count.
Upon reaching your vacation home, report any inaccuracies to Homestead immediately.
Any discrepancies not reported could result in a forfeit of some security funds upon check-out, or additional charge to your credit card.
Keep the bag(s) received at check-in. You will need bag(s) to return linens.

NON-DELIVERY SEASON LINEN RETURN TO OUR OFFICE

Simply pack all dirty linens in the bag(s) provided.
Be sure your name is clearly marked on the bag(s).
Return bag(s) to Homestead Real Estate with your keys*.
Should you return linens while the office is closed, place bag(s) on the back porch in rear of building (where drive-thru check in occurs). Please return keys and check-out paperwork in back Mailbox.

*If correct linen procedure is not followed there will be a $250.00 charge. If you cancel your linen order, after it has been confirmed, there will be a 10% cancellation fee. Linen orders are non-refundable within 48 hours of check-in.
