Just steps from the Cape May Washington Street Mall, Seamans Folly places you in the heart of it all close to restaurants, boutiques, and free open air concerts at Rotary Park. Take a short walk to the beach, then head back into town for a sweet treat at the beloved King's Ice Cream Shop, just down the street a local favorite you can't miss!
This pet friendly home offers plenty of space for families and friends to relax after a day of exploring. The first floor features an open layout with a dining area, well equipped kitchen, large living room, and a convenient half bath. PLEASE NOTE the FIREPLACE in the home is decorative only and not available for guest use.
Upstairs, you'll find four inviting bedrooms:
Primary Bedroom: King bed, en suite bath with walk in shower and double sinks, balcony overlooking Broad Street, and a TV
Bedroom 2: Two twin beds, perfect for kids, with TV and ample closet space
Bedrooms 3 & 4: Each with a queen bed and their own TVs
Full Hall Bath: Shower/tub combo for shared use
The outdoor space is a true highlight, featuring a covered porch for your morning coffee, a spacious patio with dining and lounge areas, and a fully fenced yard for kids and pets to enjoy. There's also a private outdoor shower and a small garage for storing your bikes and beach gear.
From here, hop on a historic trolley tour to learn about Cape May's storied past, or enjoy a romantic horse drawn carriage ride, both just moments from your front door. Seamans Folly is well kept and full of Cape May charm comfortably worn in all the right ways, with the location stealing the show.

Perfect, pet-friendly home in Cape May
We've stayed in several homes in Cape May, and this is one of the best. The house was clean and ready at check-in, the a/c was great (with easy-to-use thermostat), beds/mattresses were comfortable. Wish we had a second week to enjoy it all!- Anonymous U , Posted: 07/03/2023
Great vacation
This was the second year we rented seaman's foley. We rented the same week in 2022. The house is beautiful. Plenty of room for everyone. The location is fantastic if you want to walk to Washington Mall or listen to the music from Elaine's. The atmosphere was wonderful. Homestead Property Review
Amazing time!My family and I had such a great stay here for our Spring Break. The house was very nice and clean. Check in and out was a breeze. The neighborhood was very quiet and cozy. The location is wonderful, I loved how you could just have an easy walk everywhere, and we loved going to the beach and shopping. We had such a wonderful stay in Cape May! Very well maintained

This place has it all!
