The first floor features an open concept living area allowing guests to enjoy each other s company while utilizing the kitchen, includes a master bedroom with queen bed and en-suite bath, and a second bedroom also with a queen bed. The second floor consists of a third sleeping area with three single beds and boasts a balcony overlooking the fully fenced backyard. Want to get some vitamin D, you can lounge outback or take about a ten minute stroll to the beach. There are two off-street parking spots with ample amount of street parking as well. Gather your family; let s start planning your getaway today. $150 per pet fee applies. $150 cleaning fee applied to all rentals.
