Welcome to The Cottage on Jefferson. 1&1/2 blocks from ocean; 3BR, 2BA house, screened porch, dog friendly, parking. This spacious home has a big yard, a two-car driveway and a large screened-in porch. You can leave your car here and walk to the ocean, restaurants, the Acme grocery store and the the Washington St. Mall; being so close to the beach and boardwalk is one of the great advantages of this location; you can open the windows in the evening and, depending on the wind, often hear the waves crashing. There s lots of space on the main floor so even with six people, you never feel crowded. The breezy screened-in porch is right off the kitchen, and has a picnic table, plus lots of seating and a ceiling fan. The master bedroom with a king size bed, a 45 inch tv, and en suite full bath is on the main floor. The other two bedrooms are on the top floor, where there is another full bath; each bedroom has two twin-beds and a tv. The fully equipped kitchen walks out to the porch, and an outside shower is just a few steps down from the deck; the small deck has a gas grill and enough room to lie in the sun. The sun-drenched sitting room has a 65 inch Roku tv, the dining room has shelves full of puzzles and games, and is adjacent to a cozy living room. Housebroken, well trained dogs are welcome.
