Sand Castle Condominiums Unit 2 is on the corner of Jefferson Street & Stockton Avenue, just a block to the beach with ocean views from the porch and front rooms of the home. Also within walking distance of town, unit 2 comprises the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors of this building, with the living room on the 1st floor. The living room is furnished with a gas fireplace to warm chilly nights in the shoulder season and a double sleeper sofa. Cable TV with VCR/DVD is available as well as high speed internet. The 2nd floor kitchen with hardwood flooring offers a cozy dining area and an additional sitting area for 3 in the front corner of the room. Bedroom 1 on the 2nd floor provides a queen size bed and a small vanity by the side windows. The 2nd floor bath has tile flooring with a walk in stall shower. The master bedroom on the 3rd floor has a king size bed in a spacious room with master bath having a jetted tub and shower. Another full bath on the 3rd floor has walk-in shower and bedroom 3 has trundle beds. Amenities include central AC, off-street parking for 2 vehicles, fully-equipped kitchen and much more. What a chance to vacation so close to the beach! Off Season Value Bundle $250 - includes Processing Fee, Accidental Forgiveness Fee, and linens. Towels limited to # of guests. **BLANKETS PROVIDED**
