This 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home is just a short walk from the Delaware Bay and conveniently located on a quiet street, close to all the favorite restaurants, shops, beaches and more! When you first arrive, you are greeted by the cute covered front porch, perfect for your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail. Once inside, you find the cozy living room, eat-in kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has a Queen bed and bedroom 2 has 2 twin beds. There is also additional room for sleeping on the Queen pull out sofa. At the back of the home there is a large enclosed back porch that overlooks the private yard and is complete with an outdoor dining and conversation set. The backyard is great for the kids to enjoy and has a patio, outdoor shower and grill for those summer BBQs!
