Classic American Tales (CAT) once more presents TALES AT THE DORMER HOUSE. Guests are treated to lemonade and tasty treats while listening to stories by American authors like O. Henry, Zora Neale Hurston, and Mark Twain. TALES’ topics have included war, frontier expansion, immigration, intolerance, and the joy and hardships of everyday life that make up this country’s complex history. Performances are on the front porch, weather permitting. Otherwise, they will be inside.

This heartwarming and bittersweet play reminds us of the beauty and struggle of growing up—and the inevitable drift that comes with it.
