National Lighthouse Day Craft & Collectables Show

Celebrate National Lighthouse Day at the Cape May Lighthouse!

Built in 1859, the Cape May Lighthouse is one of the oldest continuously operating lighthouses in the U.S., and climbing its 199 steps gives you sweeping views of the Jersey Cape, the Atlantic, and even Delaware Bay on a clear day. This family fun event includes:

  • Family-friendly activities
  • Craft show with local vendors
  • On-site ticket sales for lighthouse climbs and more!

If you’re thinking of going, a couple practical tips: wear comfortable shoes for the climb (it’s narrow and spiral), and try to go earlier in the day to avoid peak crowds and heat.
