Fall Equinox Yoga and Vision Boarding

This fall equinox, take a minute to rest and reset from a busy summer season. Join us at the Nature Center of Cape May on the first day of fall, September 22nd, from 5:00pm-6:30pm for an evening of reflecting, creating, and manifesting.

We will open with 45 minutes of nature-infused yoga and meditation. This is a gentle, all-levels class led by the owner of Itswell Yoga, Emily Reed. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one (we will have a few extras available if needed). Following our yoga flow, we will spend the remaining time creating vision boards to invite positivity into your fall. We will provide all necessary materials for vision boarding.
