More About Brenda

Brenda is a lifetime “Jersey Girl” having been born and raised in Salem County.  Yearly family vacations were almost always spent camping at the Jersey Shore where she has the fondest memories of playing in the Cape May sand with her siblings.  She married her husband (Mike) and moved into his Cape May Court House home and soon after they bought their first home together in Seaville.  Brenda has a son in California, a son here in South Jersey and a daughter in New York.  She recently became a grandmother to Maisie, the love of her life!

Brenda holds a degree in education and is a Certified Reflexologist.  She ran her own Reflexology business in Pitman and then at the Carpenter Street Mall for some time.  Her first experience in real estate was at Atlantis Realty in Wildwood Crest as the front desk receptionist.  Finding the real estate business fascinating, especially at the shore, she earned her Real Estate License in 2015.  In 2016 she joined the rental department at Ferguson Dechert Real Estate in Avalon/Stone Harbor.  Cape May is the place she wanted to be!  In 2020 she joined Homestead Real Estate as a reservationist and really loves what she does there. Brenda is passionate about helping guests find the perfect vacation property for their family and friends.  She knows that most families get one vacation a year and it is important for it to be as easy, as enjoyable and as memorable as possible!

In her spare time Brenda enjoys day trips with her husband around New Jersey, hiking, antique shopping and finding little out of the way places to explore. Relaxing at home with her boxer “Rags” at the end of the day is always welcomed.  Brenda believes that living close to the ocean is a blessing and helping others plan their time here in Cape May is a pleasure.
