As you enter the home you are greeted with a large open floor concept with beautiful wood floors running throughout. The first floor boasts a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room and dining room perfect for the whole family. The first floor is complete with a handicapped accessible bedroom with Queen bed and full ensuite bathroom. The second floor has three bedrooms. The first bedroom has a Full bed, the second bedroom has a Queen bed and bay views, and the master suite has a King bed, full ensuite bathroom and balcony that overlooks the bayside community. Up the stairs on the third floor are four single beds and a great living space with a modular couch, big screen smart television, foosball table and area for games or puzzles ? perfect for all the kids in the group! Working on vacation, no problem, desk spaces and strong WiFi that can support multiple remote workers are provided. Sunset Breeze Manor is complete with a great outdoor space. The fully fenced back yard has a well-kept concrete patio with outside dining furniture and a gas grill for your summer evening barbeques. Rinse off in the outdoor shower and sit by the propane fire pit after a long day at the beach and enjoy that summer salt air. This large, spacious home is in an ideal location, close to shopping, restaurants and just steps from the sandy beaches of the Delaware Bay.
