Affordable and easy vacationing in an exceptional location! Step out your door to the pedestrian mall, Congress Hall, or the beach. Walking distance to clubs, shopping and restaurants. This is a 2nd floor unit. Great for off-season festivities such as the Jazz and Film Festivals, Christmas Parade and Victorian Week. Please note only basic TV available in the off-season. Owner provides one parking permit for the Bank Street parking lot. Driveway is for the first floor unit only. There is also on street parking available. Off Season Value Bundle $200 - includes Processing Fee, Accidental Forgiveness Fee, and linens. Towels limited to # of guests.

Great place!
Have stayed in Cape May for the past 5 summers, and this was our first stay here, and it was lovely! The proximity to everything cannot be beat!
