This beautiful and remodeled, quaint, pet-friendly twin is an amazing escape located in the desirable Village Green area of Cape May! The bright and airy home has hardwood floors throughout, two spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two separate living areas. The Master Bedroom has a queen bed and full bath, and the second bedroom has 2 twin beds. The home accommodates 8 guests and features a fully equipped and remodeled kitchen, central air, cable TV, Wi-Fi, gas BBQ grill, private yard, outside shower, and off-street parking. The backyard is not fenced-in but offers tons of space for your furry friends to wander around! This is a perfect spot for your family to relax and enjoy all that Cape May has to offer. $150 pet fee applies. Limit one pet, 50 lbs. max. ***VRBO guests, please note the breakdown of your fees is as follows, the Service Fee is STRICTLY a VRBO Fee and is not charged by Homestead. The OWNER FEES are standard Homestead Fees that include the ADMINISTRATIVE FEE which is our Homestead NON-REFUNDABLE Processing Fee, and the PROPERTY FEE which is our Homestead NON-REFUNDABLE Accidental Forgiveness Fee combined with the property owners Pet Fee. The Pet Fee will be removed from your payment schedule if you are not brining a pet. Please check Homesteads Cancellation Policy and Optional Trip Insurance as they are not the same as VRBO Policies at HomesteadCapeMayRentals. Linen rentals are also available through Homestead. Otherwise, guests are responsible for bringing their own*** Off Season Value Bundle $125 - includes Processing Fee, Accidental Forgiveness Fee, and linens.
