209 Knox Avenue is a 1 Bedroom / 1 Bath Single Family home located in Cape May Point. Flip Flop Beach is a Cape May Point cottage within walking distance to the beach. Bedroom has a double size bed, there is a queen sized sleeper sofa bed and a daybed with a pull out trundle. Bath includes a walk in shower. Barbeque in the back yard and dine on the screen porch, then just relax the evening away. Beach Chairs, umbrella and sand toys for the children included. **NO BLANKETS PROVIDED**
Off Season Value Bundle $200 - includes Processing Fee, Accidental Forgiveness Fee, and linens. Towels limited to # of guests.

Great Rental Property!

5 Star Cottage!
Tranquility and privacy abound in this lovely beach cottage. Cozy and relaxed-just on the other side of the dunes is the most beautiful beach on the island. Enjoy the comfy air conditioned living area or stretch out in the private screened porch for an afternoon siesta. Anything is possible!
