It is blocks from some favorite local restaurants, quaint downtown shopping, pristine beaches with picturesque sunsets and amazing wineries and farms to explore. The home greets you with a covered front porch with rocking chairs to enjoy your morning coffee. Once inside, the foyer leads to the large open concept first floor. The spacious living room opens to the fully equipped kitchen and dining room, perfect for your family meals. Large floor to ceiling windows and doors lines the back wall of the living room with beautiful views of the large open back yard and access to the screened in porch. The first floor is complete with a full bathroom. Up the stairs on the second floor, there are 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms have Queen beds, while the fourth has a Queen sofa bed to be used as a sitting room or bedroom. On the third floor there is a loft with 2 Twin beds, a Twin trundle and a Queen pull out sofa. The third floor has its own full bathroom and is perfect for the kids in the group!
