From the back of the house, step into a spacious screened porch overlooking the backyard, where kids can play on the wooden fort, or fire up the grill on the adjacent deck. The first floor also includes a flexible full bath with stall shower that can create a private master suite for the first bedroom with a queen bed, an additional full bath, and a second bedroom with two twin beds. Upstairs, enjoy a second living area that opens to a large deck overlooking the backyard and protected Nature Conservancy area. The second floor also includes a game room style bedroom with a single daybed and TV, a king bedroom, a double bedroom with a sunny surfer theme, and a full bath.
