Cape May Vacation Planner - Your Lease and What to Expect

To complete your reservation, we will need credit card information to take the property off the market. Your credit card will not be charged at this time. Please call our office and ask for one of our Reservation Representatives in the Rental Department and supply your credit card information.

Your 1st payment is due within 7 days of signing your lease agreement. Check, ACH, or Credit Card payments are acceptable.

  • 1st payment = ½ half the total rent
  • Our non-refundable processing fee
  • OPTIONAL - Trip Insurance

Your 2nd payment is due 45 days before check-in. Your lease agreement will provide specific dates. Please mark your calendars accordingly. Check, ACH, or Credit Card payments are acceptable.

  • 2nd Payment = ½ half the total rent (remaining balance)
  • Damage Waiver
  • Pet Fee (if applicable)
  • OPTIONAL - Linen Rental
Once your reservation is approved

You will be receiving your lease electronically in the form of an email from our secure document server, EchoSign. Once you receive this email from EchoSign simply open the email and follow the prompts, the signed lease then comes right back to us.

This lease should be coming to you within 48 hours of our conversation. If you do not receive your lease within 48 hours please contact us. In order to avoid cancellation we must be in receipt of your lease and first payment within 7 days.

Credit card information (or ACH information): You will have the option to use your credit card for payments if you wish. (Please note that credit cards cannot be used to pay for security deposits.) Homestead is now also able to offer the additional option of ACH which is an automatic bank deduction from your checking account.
