Description

Born and raised in the Philadelphia area, Patti has always wanted to live in the Cape May area. After spending most of her summers working in Wildwood as a teen and vacationing in the Cape May area with her family every weekend for years, Patti and her husband (Steve) finally followed their dream of living and loving life at the shore by relocating to North Cape in August 2015 to "semi-retire".

After receiving her paralegal certificate, she worked in the commercial real estate field for over 23 years, starting her career as a Lease Administrator at Charming Shoppes, Inc. and most recently as the Manager of Lease Administration at WP Realty, Inc. in Bryn Mawr, PA. During her tenure as a real estate paralegal, she gained experience on both the landlord and tenant side of commercial leases and acted as a liaison between the property management, accounting and legal departments.

Loving to draw and having a passion for all types of arts and crafts, Patti became a Certified Zentangle Teacher in 2017 in Providence Rhode Island. She currently teaches the Zentangle Art method at Cape Tech Adult Night School, local libraries and at local establishments. Zentangle is focused, pen and pencil drawing that is meditative, fun and relaxing. She is the only CZT in Cape May County.

In her free time, you will find her traveling back to Pennsylvania to visit her three children (1 daughter and 2 sons – Tara, Bill and Stephen) and four grandchildren (1 granddaughter (Avery) and 3 grandsons – Braden, Ethan and Jacob), teaching art, sitting at the Cove beach with her family and friends, walking the promenade or riding her bike around town or along the bay.
