A proud Cape May native, Kathy’s roots run deep in this seaside town. Born and raised in Cape May, Kathy embraces the beach life and the vibrant community that makes it special.

Kathy comes from a family with a rich history in Cape May. Her father, a U.S. Coast Guard veteran of over 20 years, and her mother, the daughter of Italian immigrants, chose to make Cape May their forever home.

With more than 40 years of experience in customer service, Kathy has built lasting relationships throughout the community. She spent 21 years as a pharmacy technician at Central Pharmacy on the Washington Street Mall, followed by 20 years at Swain’s Hardware. Her dedication to helping others and connecting with the people of Cape May inspired her transition into the world of real estate.

In her free time, Kathy loves being with friends and family. She often spends weekends visiting her nephews and their families across New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Locally, she cherishes time with her sister and brother-in-law and adores the little ones in her life: Charlie, Pacey, Vienna, Zach, Cara, and Nolan.
