Born and raised on Missouri Avenue, Kathy comes from a long line of Cape May natives. Her father having spent 20 years in the U.S. Coast Guard, settled down as a life-long resident while her mother, born to Italian immigrants, also chose to make Cape May her life-long home.

 As a pharmacy technician at Central Pharmacy on the Washington Street mall for 21 years, followed by 20 years at Swain’s Hardware, Kathy has over 40 years experience in customer service. She has a history of meeting, and helping all the wonderful people in our town, and has chosen to translate that passion to Real Estate

Kathy Enjoys spending her free time with friends and family, recently expanding with two beautiful active kittens.

She spends most of her weekends with her nephews and their families in various parts of New Jersey and Philadelphia as well as her sister and brother in law, who live locally.

The babies of the family include Charlie, Pacey, Zach, Cara and another is on the way!
