The bay and beach have the most gorgeous sunsets ever just 2 walking blocks away, and there is also a playground park 2 short blocks away. For a blast of fun, shopping, sun, and sand, the Cape May and Wildwood shores and boardwalks are just a 15 to 20 minute drive away. Inside the front of this lovely house, you will enjoy a large dining area for large/memorable family gatherings, and a fully loaded kitchen with all large/small appliances, pots/pans, silverware, and dinnerware. There is a large living room with a big-screen TV and ample comfortable seating, along with an adjacent cozy desk-nook for your laptop, books, journaling, and reading. WiFi, internet, cable TV, and Netflix are included. The spacious master bedroom contains a new queen size bed, and a large master bathroom with a shower AND tub. The full hallway bathroom is shared by the 2 additional bedrooms, and the house comfortably sleeps eight. There is a washer and dryer in the mudroom at the front entrance to help keep up with your daily laundry needs. The premises are well lit inside and out; local traffic is minor. There are 2 parking spaces with additional off-street parking. The essence of this house conveys peace, fun, family, friends, and joy. The owners and their 5 happy dogs love it!!! Pet fee is $150.00 flat rate, no number limit, no weight limit. A binder can be found on the desk with helpful information regarding the house, the surrounding area, emergency/medical info, and more. SMOKING IS PERMITTED OUTSIDE OF THE HOUSE AND OUTSIDE THE GAZEBO. Towels, washcloths, and bed linens can be brought from home or rented from Homestead Realty. Available year round for fun holiday gatherings; large groups are welcome. Long weekends and partial-week rentals are also available; an additional $100.00 cleaning fee is applied.
