The queen Murphy bed in the 1st floor bedroom pulls down easily for sleeping and the pull out bed goes up easily so the room can double as a family/TV room. The back yard features a small bistro set, bench, and gas grill. A bedroom with a queen bed is located on the 1st floor. A laundry area is conveniently placed on the 1st floor. Upstairs are the living, dining, and kitchen areas. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen with seating for 8 to 10. On the 3rd floor is bedroom 3 with a queen size bed and two single beds, one in a little alcove. A full bath separates bedroom 3 and the master bedroom. Sliders in the master bedroom open up to a deck facing Washington Street. A private master bath is provided and a queen size bed. $100.00 owner expense fee applied to 2-3 day rentals. $200.00 owner expense fee applied to 4+ day and weekly rentals.
