Upside down living is at its best here with most bedrooms on the 1st floor and living space on the 2nd floor. All rooms are bright and well lit with plenty of windows. Once inside the house you will find 3 of the 4 bedrooms on the 1st floor with plenty of space. The next bedroom holds a king size bed. The last bedroom is located on the 1st floor. High ceilings add to the spacious feeling of the living and dining areas. The living room offers a sofa, loveseat, and two recliners facing the screened porch and in the dining room, dining table accommodates 8. The kitchen has been updated with stainless steel appliances. ***$150 Owner Expense Fee applied to all reservations. Off Season Value Bundle $275 - includes Processing Fee, Accidental Forgiveness Fee, and linens. Towels limited to # of guests.

perfect in many ways
The location, size & condition of this house was perfect for my family in many ways; proximity to the beach, separate mbr, adequate yard for the children to play. If I have a complaint it would have to be directed to lack of electronics-wireless internet, up to date TV's that are easier to operate and a decent sound system.- Bob G , Posted: 06/28/2011
