Living area consists of two open front rooms and third room with entertainment center and couches. Adjoining dining room has plenty of space around the large round oak table for family gatherings. Kitchen is modern, well equipped and comfy with counter seating for 4. Enjoy back yard barbeques in the garden patio. Master bedroom is spacious with a modern & private bath for your convenience. Guarded beaches just a short walk down the street. Perfect area for birders to enjoy local and migratory sightings. Pet friendly; small dogs only please. Owners provide the following items to make your vacation quite complete: two beach umbrellas, four beach chairs, a dozen beach towels, Graco Pac n Play, hair dryers in both upstairs bathrooms, cuisinart food procesor, coffee bean grinder, hand mixer, extra pillows and blankets, two coolers, portable radio/CD player, radio/CD clock in each bedroom and hundreds of paperbacks for your reading pleasure!
