The eat-in kitchen has seating for 4 but you can grab the extra chairs in the hallway and bedroom because there is room for 6 here. Walk across the wide hallway to the twin bedroom with 2 dressers, a coat rack, and shelf with hooks for all your belongings. Next you will find the queen bedroom, then the bath. Across the hall is the laundry room with an alternate entrance for this 1st floor apartment. Always kept clean and tidy The Pearl is a great value for a small family.
