Summer Term Memorial Day to Labor Day includes:

- Magnet with Contact Info for the Unit
- Exterior Management Protection Sign
- Fee is $45.00 per hour to address all issues and secure contractors to provide solutions.
After the summer season is over all property management issues will be handled through the office 9-5 Monday through Saturday at a rate of $45.00 per hour to address issues and secure contractors to provide solutions.
