What is a Beach Box?
A Beach Box is a personal storage unit on the beach. It's one of those unique little features that makes Cape May stand out from other shore towns. Some of our home owners rent the box for the season so you don't have to lug beach chairs and umbrellas to the beach. Some owners even stock the box with chairs, umbrella, and other beach gear. Beach Boxes are provided by Steger Beach Service with 12 locations on the beach. Steger's can also provide you with additional chairs, tents, body boards, surf boards, and set up service. Visit their website at Steger's Beach Service.
